During the weekend retreat we will deepen our meditation and Reiki practices, we will find silence, we will share Reiki, receive Reiju (initiation), enjoy walking meditation and we will practice qi gong in the morning. Meals will be vegetarian.

This Reiki level 1 course will be taught in English in 6 weekly classes of 2 hours on Tuesdayss from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
During the course we will study what Reiki is, its history, spiritual roots and spiritual principles. You will receive Reiju (initiation or attunement), you will learn and practice meditation, Reiki self-treatment and Reiki treatment for others. By the end of the course you will have acquired the necessary teachings and practice to enjoy Reiki and meditation regularly. You will also receive a booklet with all the information and a diploma.
