Personalized classes in Reiki and meditation, available both in-person and via Zoom

If you prefer, you can learn Reiki and meditation in a personalized way through private classes tailored to your needs and pace. Classes can be conducted either in-person, in Barcelona, or online via Zoom, from anywhere.

Reiki

• Level 1 of Reiki (shoden). For this course, I recommend 6 classes of 2 hours each, although being private classes, we can adjust the duration according to your needs. The total duration is 12 instructional hours. In this course, you will cover everything from the history, values, and roots of Reiki to the necessary practice to start your own Reiki journey at home and share the healing benefits of Reiki with others. Additionally, the course includes meditation training, written materials, practice videos, and explanations, along with a diploma awarded by Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School.
• Level 2 of Reiki (okuden). For this course, I also recommend 6 classes of 2 hours each, with a total duration of 12 instructional hours. Although we can adapt the classes according to your availability. In this course, you will learn the sacred symbols of Reiki and more advanced treatment techniques, both for yourself and others. The course also includes meditation, written materials, practice videos, and explanations, along with a diploma awarded by Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School.
• Level 3 or Reiki mastery (shinpiden). For this course, I recommend 15 classes of 2 hours each, with a total duration of 30 instructional hours. Although we can adapt the classes according to your availability. In this course, we will review all Reiki practices, its history, values, and roots, practice meditation, and explore more advanced Reiki techniques. Additionally, you will learn to perform Reiju (Reiki initiations). The course includes written materials, practice videos, and explanations, a diploma awarded by Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School, and a certificate of your lineage.

Upon completion of the Reiki mastery, you will have the opportunity to join the Reiki Professionals Affiliation Program | KISETSU. This program provides support, recognition, and the necessary tools for those who have completed the Reiki mastery with us and wish to become professional teachers and therapists. It is designed to help you start your professional journey with confidence and assurance.

Meditation & Mindfulness

• If your goal is to learn meditation or deepen your practice, I offer fully personalized meditation and mindfulness classes lasting 1 hour and a half. With a simple approach and traditional guidance, you will learn and practice various forms of meditation, including silent meditation, walking meditation, guided meditation, and different mindfulness practices for everyday life. We will explore the core spiritual components of meditation, as well as practical aspects such as proper posture, breathing, and recommended practice frequency.

While a single class is possible, I recommend a minimum of 5 classes to acquire the knowledge and practice necessary to continue meditating independently at home without difficulty.
