1. Introduction and Preparation:
We begin the session with a brief conversation while you enjoy a relaxing infusion. During this time, I explain how Reiki works, what to expect from the session, and how it can help you heal. The goal is for you to feel comfortable and prepared for the process.
2. Session on the Table:
You lie comfortably on the table, fully dressed and lying on your back. For 50 minutes to 1 hour, I apply Reiki through hand placement on different areas of your body, without intrusion or physical manipulation. The energy flows subtly but powerfully, focusing on the areas that need it most to balance your energy.
3. Conclusion and Reflection:
Once the session is finished, we have space to share your sensations and experiences. This is the time to reflect on what you’ve experienced and discuss the next steps to continue working on your healing.
In total, the session lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
What is an online distance Reiki therapy session like?
Distance Reiki sessions follow a similar process and are equally effective. These are the three phases that make up the experience:
1. Initial Preparation:
Before the session, we will get in touch to explain the details and address any questions you may have. It is essential that you feel prepared and calm to receive the energy.
2. Distance Session:
I will suggest that you lie down in a quiet place, such as a bed or sofa, where you can relax without distractions. For approximately 1 hour, I will apply Enkaku Reiki, a technique that allows energy to be transmitted over a distance, helping to balance your body and mind.
3. Video Call:
Once the session is over, we will connect through a video call to share our experiences and reflect on the effects of the therapy. This space will also allow us to define the next steps in your healing journey.
In total, the session lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
