Reiki therapy stands out as an increasingly popular complementary option for those seeking relief from a wide range of psychological, emotional, and physical challenges. From anxiety disorders, chronic pain, or grief to stress, discomfort, depression, lack of vitality, and fatigue, not to mention oncological or chronic illnesses, Reiki offers a holistic approach that promotes balance, well-being, and overall health.

What is an in-person Reiki therapy session?
The individual Reiki session I offer consists of three distinct parts:
- Introduction and Preparation: We begin with a brief conversation while enjoying a herbal infusion, where I explain what Reiki is, how it works, and what you can expect during the session.
- Session on the Massage Table: Afterward, you lie down on the massage table, fully clothed and face up. For approximately 50 minutes to an hour, I apply Reiki through the laying on of hands on different parts of your body, in a non-intrusive and non-manipulative manner. It’s important to note that intimate areas are not touched at any time.
- Conclusion and Reflection: At the end of the session, we dedicate some time to discuss the sensations experienced during the therapy and explore potential next steps.
In total, the session lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes, give or take.

What is a distance Reiki therapy session?
A distance Reiki session follows a similar process and consists of three parts:
- Initial Preparation: Prior to the session, I reach out to explain the necessary preparations and address any questions you may have.
- Distance Session: I suggest that you lie down on a bed, couch, or mat in a quiet place where you can relax for approximately an hour. During this time, I apply Reiki through the practice of Enkaku Reiki, which involves sending energy to a person from a distance.
- Video Call: Once the session is complete, we communicate via video call to share the sensations experienced during the therapy and discuss potential future steps.
In total, the session lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes, give or take.
