Reiki
A simple path back to yourself
Reiki is a Japanese practice created in the early 20th century by Usui Sensei, a spiritual seeker deeply influenced by Buddhism. It emerged as a way to return to inner serenity: a gentle method to care for the body, mind and spirit through stillness, awareness and conscious touch.
Since then, it has been passed from person to person, from teacher to student, as a kind, simple and deeply human practice.
A respectful and uncomplicated approach
The essence of Reiki does not lie in complex techniques or exaggerated promises. It lies in presence. In pausing, breathing, listening and accompanying what unfolds within us with kindness.
Reiki does not “heal”, but it harmonizes, balances and supports the body, mind and spirit.
In our experience, when we practice Reiki with presence and honesty, something within us settles. The body softens, the mind becomes clearer, and the heart finds a quieter place. What is necessary returns to its place.
It is not magic. It is care. And it is beautiful.
Reiki for you, wherever you are
Reiki can accompany you in moments of illness, stress, fatigue, restlessness, anxiety or disconnection. And also in times of personal growth, spiritual exploration or a simple wish to live with more clarity.
If you would like to learn Reiki or receive a session, you will find all the details —courses, treatments and online training— at our school KISETSU.
