What is meditation?

Meditation is a simple practice and, at the same time, a profound spiritual path. In general, it consists of stopping, observing consciously, and being present. Although it is common to think that it is always practiced while sitting, with crossed legs and in silence, there are many variations and many ways to adapt it.

Meditation embraces all people, regardless of their age, beliefs, gender, or social status. It offers serenity, relief from stress, inner connection, and is truly healthy. I offer 45 minutes meditation practice every Thursday in Barcelona, at Calle Sardenya 202. Join us!

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness, also known as mindfulness, is a practice that invites us to be present in the present moment intentionally and without judging. It consists of paying attention to our internal and external experiences, such as thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and the environment around us.

Like meditation, mindfulness can be done in many ways, from formal practices like sitting or walking meditation to everyday activities like eating or washing dishes. It is about cultivating an attitude of acceptance and openness to what arises in each moment, without clinging to the past or worrying about the future.
