The Yin Yoga & Reiki Retreat is a profound journey, allowing you to transform and connect. You will practice daily meditation, Yoga, Reiki and our unique Yin Yoga & Reiki Workshops; moreover, you will learn about the Spiritual origins of Yoga and Reiki, and you will be able to personalize your yoga and meditation practices.

During these days, there will also be plenty of time to relax and read, spend time in a fantastic infinity swimming pool, hike in nature and enjoy extremely tasty and healthy meals at the beautiful 18th century farm house surrounded by the amazing landscape including four white wild horses. However, the Yin Yoga & Reiki Retreat is NOT a yoga holiday. This Retreat is a deep nourishing experience full of care and attention that will stay with you forever.

Location

Cal Visó
This beautiful eighteenth century farmhouse is in the heart of Catalunya, Spain, only one hour from Barcelona. The farmhouse has been fully restored and converted into a luxury rural retreat location where up to twenty-five people can comfortably sleep. The house has all the necessary facilities to fully enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings, including living spaces, an infinity pool, and gorgeous views of the peaceful Catalan countryside.
