A 1 hour and 45 minutes live online Yin Yoga & Reiki class to inspire relaxation, healing and connection.

Together with José de Groot we will offer a Yin yoga and Reiki class together, like we do on our annual retreats, but this time the class will be online, so you will be able to practice at home.

The class will consist of a short explanation/introduction to Reiki. Then José will guide the Yin Yoga practice and Jordi will apply Reiki from a distance and will guide you to apply Reiki yourself. We will finish with a long relaxation and a meditation.

We will be online at 7.50 p.m. If there is anything that we should know for the practice (any particular injury or problem) please contact us before the class begins.
