Level 1 Reiki Course (Shoden) in English at Shri Yoga Vicenza, Italy, during an intensive weekend. Shoden translates to “first teachings” and is the initial course of Usui Reiki Ryoho (the Reiki method). In this course, we will delve into the essence of Reiki, its history, spiritual origins, and the foundational principles it’s built upon. You will receive Reiju (initiation), and we will learn and practice meditation, self-Reiki treatment, and treatment for others.
