This Reiki refresher course will be taught in English in 6 weekly classes of 2 hours on Fridays from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. carried out through 6 classes of 2 hours by Zoom.

This is a special course especially made for students who have done, at least, the Reiki level 1 course and wish to refresh and deepen their knowledge and practice of Reiki and meditation.

During the course we will have lots of practice, an in-depth review of all the theoretical contents, enkaku Reiju (distance initiation), self-treatments, treatments for others, meditation, Japanese Reiki practices, and the Reiki symbols and their uses. It is a course prepared with care that aims to refresh and update the Reiki teachings, as well as solve the doubts that usually exist and, most importantly, reconnect with Reiki and meditation.
