This intensive Level 1 (Shoden) course in English, held in Barcelona, is an invitation to discover Reiki energy and embark on a path of personal transformation. Over the course of a weekend, you will explore the essence of this ancestral practice and learn how to integrate it into your daily life in a simple and conscious way.

During the course:

– You will learn about the origins and spiritual foundations of Reiki.

– You will receive Reiju (the initiation), a key moment that marks the beginning of your personal practice.

– You will practice essential techniques such as self-treatment, meditation, and how to offer Reiki to others.

– You will explore traditional Japanese methods that deepen and enrich your experience.

This course is designed to offer an intimate and guided experience in a respectful and nurturing space—ideal both for beginners and for those who wish to reconnect with the roots of Reiki. The course includes full printed materials, a Level 1 (Shoden) certificate, and continued support.
