Workshop: The Path of Shodō and Zen Meditation in Barcelona (Spanish)
29 March 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Discover Zen Meditation
Zen meditation is an ancient practice that invites us to pause, breathe, and be fully present. Often, we think meditation is something complex, when in reality it is a simple act: it is about observing without judgment, accepting without resistance, and connecting with the present moment.
Shodō: More Than Calligraphy, a Spiritual Path
Shodō, the art of Japanese calligraphy, is a path of introspection where each brushstroke expresses the present moment. It is a meditative practice that harmonizes the mind and body, transforming writing into an experience of concentration, fluidity, and beauty.
A Workshop for Those Seeking Balance and Calm
This workshop is designed for those who wish to integrate meditation and artistic expression into their daily lives. In a serene and welcoming environment, you will immerse yourself in a day of calm and creativity, learning to find in silence and art a form of self-exploration and inner connection.
Through zen meditation and Shodō, you will discover how mindfulness can open you to genuine, effortless creativity. Each stroke will reflect your inner state, allowing you to experience the beauty of simplicity and stillness.
The workshop is an invitation to rediscover your essence through accessible yet deeply transformative practices. An opportunity to stop, release what is unnecessary, and embrace the present moment with a fresh perspective.
